1. Cancellation by the User

1.1 Cancellation Timeframes

Users may request to cancel their ferry booking, subject to the following timeframes:

Full Refund
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled departure
Partial Refund
24-48 hours prior with Rs. 250 cancellation fee
Non-Refundable
Within 24 hours of departure or no-shows

1.2 Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, Users must contact our customer support team through the designated channels provided on our Website or by phone. Cancellation requests will only be considered valid once confirmed by our customer support team.

1.3 Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Cancellations by the Ferry Operator

2.1 Schedule Changes or Cancellations

In the event of schedule changes, cancellations, or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or operational constraints, the ferry operator reserves the right to:

  • Modify the departure time, route, or vessel assigned to the booking
  • Offer an alternative sailing option, subject to availability
  • Provide a full refund for the affected booking

2.2 Notification

If the ferry operator initiates a schedule change or cancellation, reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected Users via the contact information provided during the booking process. However, it is the User's responsibility to stay updated on any changes or cancellations by regularly checking our Website, official communication channels, or contacting our customer support team.

3. Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional cases or under extenuating circumstances, the ferry booking service may consider discretionary refunds or waivers of cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the ferry booking service and are not guaranteed.

4. No-Show Policy

If a User fails to appear for their scheduled departure (no-show), their booking will be considered canceled, and no refunds will be provided.

Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refunds/Cancellations Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
